This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit hansvanmanen.ch or contact me through the website. Personal data is processed primarily in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

4. Contact form and email enquiries
If you contact me through the website, I process the information you choose to provide. Depending on the fields completed, this can include your:

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential services and, where applicable, establish or manage a business relationship.
Contact form submissions are not stored in the WordPress website database. They are transmitted directly to my email account. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
5. Retention of enquiries and email
Enquiries that do not result in a business relationship are generally retained for up to two years after the last communication and are then deleted when they are no longer required.
If an enquiry results in a contractual or business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where this is necessary to perform the relationship, comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where correspondence forms part of records subject to a statutory retention period, it may be retained for that applicable period (which can be up to ten years for certain Swiss business records).
